MARTINEZ
two thirds gin, one third vermouth, dash of orange bitters, over ice with an olive -

CLASSIC MARTINI
five ounce martini glass calls for
four and a half ounces of gin
half an ounce of  vermouth
before seving put ice in the glass, shake drink for 10 times, dump ice, now the glass is ready for the martini

DRY MARTINI
gin
dash of vermouth
basically same as a classic martini except less vermouth
garnish with lemon or olive - Blake of Fifth Floor, San Francisco Bartender

DIRTY MARTINI
three parts gin
one part olive juice
dash of vermouth
