• WELCOME
• Officers were introduced and welcomed.
• Wahiba handed out Profile Binders for each officer.
• All officers signed Oath of Office.
• Discussed the 12 Golden Key Chapter Standards


• OBJECTIVES FOR THIS SEMESTER
• get up to date and maintain yearbook throughout semester
• possible yearbook party
• Wahiba will try to bring digital camera to events
• Improve visibility and PR of Golden Key on campus
• posters in the student center
• maintain bulletin board in HSS building (located near HSS 142)
• tabling
• brainstorm other ideas
• Fundraising
• Aim for atleast $1000
• Valentines Day Fundraiser IDEAS???
• Valentine grams
• Candy or Chocolate

• Research and contact different organizations for donations or sponsorships
• Food sale throughout the semester (food must be prepacked)

• REGIONAL CONFERENCE
• Who will be interested in going?
• Two possible choices for the Regional Conference:
• NORTHRIDGE (March 12-14)
• registration fee: $55 per person
• deadline to register: Feburary 10

• RENO (March 26-28)
• registration fee: $60 per person
• deadline to register: March 1
• http://www.honors.unr.edu/golden/
• Officers must decide on which will be the best to attend based on prices, hotel accommodation, transportation, and events planned for each conference
• Must decide ASAP
