	James Warren Boyd, Faculty Coordinator, trains tutors and oversees administrative matters at the English Tutoring Center. He is also a lecturer of English Composition at SFSU. Daniel Smith, Staff Coordinator, trains tutors and manages the daily operations of the ETC. He has also taught English Composition classes at SFSU. The ETC also employs two student assistants, Patricia Benedicto and Nicolette Drummond who know a great deal about the ETC's procedures, policies and programs.
